Vat rates changes effective  1st January 2012

Czech Rep  low rate increase 10% to 14%

France low rate increase  from 5.5% to 7%

Ireland standard Rate increase from 21% to 23%  

The low rate is Ireland is 9%

Proposed Vat changes

Italy proposed Vat increase from 21% to 23% from September 2012

France proposed Vat increase from 19.6% to 21.2% from 1st October 2012
